Our standard MOQs range from 300 to 1,000 meters depending on the fabric category and dye requirements. Specific MOQs for each item are listed clearly on the product page. For custom yarn dyes, MOQs may be slightly higher.
For in-stock fabric rolls, dispatch happens within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Transit time depends on destination, but domestic shipping averages 3-5 days. Made-to-order fabrics require 14-21 days of lead production time.
Yes, we work directly with partner mills to customize weave, weight (GSM), width, and finishing treatments (e.g. anti-static, water repellant, flame retardant). Custom specifications usually require a minimum order of 1,500 meters.
We supply complimentary fabric swatch cards (hanger samples) to verified business accounts. For larger prototype runs, we can supply 5-10 meter sample cuts billed at a sample rate plus freight.
For initial orders, we operate on a 50% deposit and 50% balance before dispatch. Verified wholesale buyers with more than 6 months of active purchasing history can apply for net-30 credit terms.
MOQs are calculated per color, per fabric quality. If you want to place a multi-color order, please contact our support team. We often combine batches to reduce the minimum threshold for regular buyers.
